back to work…

So, I started working back at the mountain almost a month ago. ( we’ve been slammed hence why this update is so delayed) It pretty much feels like I never left. A few missing faces and a few new ones are really the only change. The mountain is the same, the kids in general are the same and the aches and pains I come home with are def the same…kinda worse. I’m glad to be back and working and earning a paycheck for doing something I love. Life really couldn’t be better.

I’ve also just been hired at a new restraunt in the village, Smokeyard BBQ and Chop Shop, so having a night job should be good on the income this season. My second job last season sucked – both the job and the paychecks. Hopefully this year both of those will be better at this new place.

Again, i apologize for the long hiatus but after working 22 days in a row – my after work activities included food and sleep. Now that I’m hopefully back on a normal 5 on 2 off schedule, the posts will be more frequent and regular.

hope i didn’t lose too many of you guys out there.
