JLA is SNOWBAORDING Art Show / Hot Laps Premier

Tonight was the “JLA is Snowboarding” art show put on by Volcom  here at the Mammoth Village. Various artists in the industry contributed artworks of and inspired by Jeff Anderson…one of the best snowboarders in the history of our beloved sport.

It was really neat to see how Jeff affected the people around him, in his day to day and traveling life. The art was amazing. I had mentioned to a few friends that when I really started painting my first piece was a Volcom ad of Jeff Anderson and a few more of my pieces were of Jeff and influenced by his art.

It’s amazing what one person, in such a diverse industry, can do to influentially.

He is missed. He is loved. and HE IS snowboarding.

Oh, and I was at the art show the whole time so I missed the premier…but seeing as I know everyone in it…I’m sure i’ll eventually get it/see it.
